Provincial Campout

The Provincial Campout is usually held on years preceding or between National Campouts. The scope of the event is very similar to “National” where families come and camp together under the JFW banner. Professional and volunteer instructors provide programs on a registration format, and there are sessions for all ages available. Evening entertainment is provided for all the attendees, followed by the “campfire socials” throughout the area. They are a great “summer vacation” for families to enjoy themselves, and their friends in the larger JFW family.

The notable difference for the Provincial Camp is that every province in the National Association could host their own each year, and in most cases they do. Through a process, the selection of a host province for a National Campout is made.
